Goldlabel is established in 1992 and started production in 1994. Goldlabel is a family company.

Company produces cocoa products as well deodorised and natural cocoa butter, bulk cocoa, natural and alcalised cocoa powder etc... in hygienic conditions according to the IOCCC methods.

Goldlabel, has been processing best cocoa seeds from the selected parts of the world as well Ghana and Ivory Coast. Goldlabel is working in a covered area for 15000m2 and employing 65 staffs.

Turn over of the company resulted from the local Turkey market is about 85%. Main customer groups are producers of chocolate, food stuffs with chocolate, medicine and cosmetics. Also export to 10 countries.

Goldlabel is a facility which produces cacao butter and cacao powder with latest systems.

Air conditioning units in the production facilities are equipped with the "hepa" filters to avoid the inlet of the microorganisims from outside in to the production area. Further the floors and walls are coated with "epoxy." At the entrance hygienic applications and controls made to the technical staffs.

Production in the Goldlabel Cocoa Processing Facilities is made by the expert engineers. The development in the world followed and applied to our systems to keep updated for improvement.

Cacao mass, cacao butter, and cacao powder are produced under the fully hygienic conditions by processing the cacao-beans chosen and passed from quality control. Cacao mass is obtained by roasting the cacao-beans after passing the pre-process that has been made by the new technology and then grinding them under the controlled conditions; cacao butter and caco powder are obtained by pressing the cacao liquor. Cacao products with different specification, flours and taste are produced upon request coming from our customer.
